75bda Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Using Our Services

In this document, "75bda", "we", and "our" refer to 75bda.net Refers to the operating company and all of its affiliated entities. "Member", "User", and "You" refer to any individual accessing or using the 75bda website, mobile app, or any associated services.

"Platform" refers to 75bda's website (75bda.net), mobile app, and all associated subdomains and related services. "Gaming Services" refers to all entertainment products offered, including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and virtual games.

75bda reserves the right to restrict or deny access to any individual at any time, particularly where local laws prohibit online gaming.

To open an account at 75bda, the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.

3. Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a match's outcome, or assisting others in doing so.
4. Collusion: Using multiple accounts simultaneously to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other games.
5. Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
6. Providing Access to Minors: Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to use your account.
7. System Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to 75bda's systems.

75bda reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Common grounds include:

• Clear breach of terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

Upon legitimate closure, any remaining account balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the registered payment method, provided no irregularities are found during review. Members may also request to close their own account at any time.

75bda is not liable for the following:

• Disruptions to games or betting caused by internet connectivity issues or third-party service failures.
• If an account is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• If payment is delayed due to server issues on the part of the MFS provider.
• If service is disrupted due to unforeseen technical incidents, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.

However, if a member suffers a loss due to a fault on 75bda's end, compensation will be provided within the amount of that specific bet or transaction.

75bda places the highest priority on protecting members' personal information. We never sell your data to third parties. Information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Account verification and management.
• Payment processing.
• Compliance with legal obligations.
